Oulunsalo Soi - 12th Music Festival in Oulu Region

Oulunsalo Soi Music Festival will be organized for the 12th time in Oulu region in August 2009. The festival has established its position among the numerous musical happenings in Finland. The concert programme consists of 14 concerts of opera, older and modern chamber music, folk music, jazz and funk.

The artistic director of the festival is internationally acclaimed string quartet Meta4. Four members of the quartet invite outstanding musicians, their friends, to play in the churches,
farm houses, cultural centres, nature centres...
